It all started with my trip being cancelled to Utah. Chase's cardiologist had her baby a little early and so our appointment got cancelled and we were referred to a cardiologist here in Tennessee.
So... My Mom and Dad were on their road trip to Missouri at the time, and then they were heading on the Greg's in Oklahoma. When they heard Chase and I weren't coming to Utah they made an extra stop to our house.
They arrived before the kid's got home from school. Keep in mind I had them still believing I was leaving for Utah the next day. It was the best. We had them sitting in the family room when the kids came in from the bus. They were SHOCKED! They were very excited to have Grandma and Grandpa here, they couldn't figure out how they got here (we had their truck parked down the street).
We had an awesome week with them here. We went to baseball games, we showed them around town, and did lots of shopping. Mom and I hitting the quilt shops of course was the best! It was sad to see them go, but we were happy with the time we got to spend with them. Thanks Mom and Dad! We love you!!
Grandpa took lots of pictures that I am sure he will post on his blog when they get home.
