Why Mommy?

Okay so I thought maybe we missed the "why" stage, but no it all started on Sunday and is in full swing.

It has been pretty fun to see how many why's I can answer and yesterday morning I think I hit the record. But it was the last why that made me smile the most. He really was wondering why and then it all made sense to him.

Chase: Where's Daddy?

Mommy: At work.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because he needs to make money.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: So we can buy food.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: So we can be healthy.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: So our bodies are strong?

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because we need to take care of our bodies.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because Heavenly Father gave us our bodies.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because he loves us.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because he wants us to be like him.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: So we can return to live with him someday.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because we want to be with our Heavenly Father.

Chase: Why Mommy?

Mommy: Because we love him.

Chase: Oh, right Mommy.
