The kids were so excited for school to start today! We have had Morgan on a wait list at Freedom Academy since we moved to Provo, and just got a call on Friday that her number was up. It will be so nice having them at the same school, and on the same schedule.
She was of course a little sad that she wouldn't be going back and seeing all her Timpanogos friends, but when we went shopping for her uniforms and school supplies she got more excited. Yesterday we went over to FA and Colton gave her the grand tour. We even stopped into her classroom and met her teacher. What a perfect match.
They had such a great day. Morgan made lots of new friends, Addie and Emily were the names she could remember. Colton's class only has 8 boys and the rest girls, he thinks that is pretty cool, and of course that he now has a locker.
So, back to the grind of a busy school year. Football practices start tomorrow and the search for a piano teacher.
Life is pretty cool.
