A drive around the block

Like most kids, mine just won't hold still when I want them to. We were all sitting down to enjoy the Super Bowl, and they were first a little excited and then just a little bored.

After getting 2 in the tub, the last was still driving me a little crazy so here is how the conversation went down:

Mom: I wonder if you could hold perfectly still for a minute.

Dad: No, how about 3 minutes. If you do, you can have another dinner roll.

Son: Totally! I bet I could hold still for the rest of the game (10mins left of the 3rd quarter and the entire 4th quarter)

Mom and Dad: LOL!!! Yeah, and if you do, Dad will let you drive the car around the block.

(In our minds we are thinking NO WAY is this kid going to sit like a statue for the rest of the game, he won't even make it to 5mins.)

5mins passed

At this point we thought it was over, but nope,

10mins, 15, 30, 40, 60!!

Yes, the boy made it a whole HOUR! Game over, a little stiff and a drive around the block!

That is what I like to call lazer focus!
