Chases Day

Chase: Good Morning Mom!

Mom: Good Morning Cha, do you know what day it is?

Chase: Its my birthday. Thanks Mom, I love you!

Dropping Daddy off at work and pulling out of the parking lot:

Discussing the days plans:

Chase: Mom we have a lot of checks today!

While I was getting ready:

Chase: Mom can you make my cake right now?

Mom: No, I am getting ready, we will go pick it up in a little bit

Chase: Okay, then can I have a cookie instead.

Picked up Daddy to join us for Rio movie and lunch at the mall:

Chase: I liked all the birds Mom, movie check.

Now can I have my cake and number 4 candle?

Picking up cake at the store and spotting the big football one, and having his name put on it:

Chase: You got to be kidding me! This is the best cake ever Mom! Cake check, and 4 balloons too, just like me, check.

So much excitement the big 4 year old needed a little snooze between stops.

Waiting for the kids to get home from school and waiting at the table with the cake and balloons:

Chase: Mom can I have some cake now?

Mom: No, we need to have your dinner first and then we will have your cake.

Chase: But I need some cake now, I don't want dinner. It's my birthday Mom.

Mom: I know it is Chase, please just wait.

Chase: Fine Mom, then NO check for my cake.

Kids got home and we loaded up in the car to head to the mall for a train ride:

Chase: Mom, this is the best train ride ever! Train ride, check!

Finally, Dinner time! Just that much closer to CAKE!

Waiting for Daddy, and friends!

And then the moment to blow out the big #4!

Being teased about what happy birthday song to sing.

Chase: No, No, this is how it goes guys...

Song sang, candle blown out and loved finally eating his football cake and ice cream.

Such an excited little boy opening his lego's from Colton and Moe.

And then the scooter from Mom and Dad.

Chase: That is amazing! Madison, do you want to try it? Can we try it Mom?

A perfect day with a perfect little boy. CHECK!
